Daria Tikho

I’m Daria Tikho a product-focused engineer who blends creativity with code (and a dash of SaaS). I started in the business world, optimizing strategies and scaling startups, but my true if-else condition has always been building technical foundations that solve real problems. After diving into C++ at School 42 in Germany and Hive Helsinki, I moved into engineering because shaping technologies is what I like.

Over time, my work shifted from just writing code to architecting how products are scoped, built, and delivered. At the most recent startup, I contributed to the early-stage validation of a sovereign, Kubernetes-based cloud infrastructure for regulated fintechs. My focus was on translating compliance frameworks like DORA, GDPR, and PCI DSS into productized infrastructure features, including CI/CD pipelines with policy enforcement, zero-trust networking, and immutable observability layers. I built demos, launched narratives, and collaborated across product and tech to align infrastructure capabilities with real-world regulatory demands.

I work with React, TypeScript, Node.js, C++, and Python, but tools are just the surface. What drives me is architecting infrastructure-aware products that are reliable, secure, and aligned with business outcomes. I build things that run like a server with 99.99% uptime.

Hackathons? Been there, shipped MVPs under pressure. Product cycles? I’ve led them from zero to demo, balancing speed, clarity, and UX without burning the roadmap.

I’m creating systems that bridge technologies with business, turning complex infrastructure into a usable product. And yes, I like to push hard, especially when it’s a clean git push or I’m dropping the perfect git commit -m "It's alive!".

TL;DR: I code, I develop, I turn complexity into product. And I still love business.
